Our Story

FKC Construction Inc. was founded as a family enterprise on May 21, 1998 in Ankara under the name E.M.Ç. Construction Ltd. The experience we have gained for more than a quarter of a century, our strong business relationships and our reliable stance have formed the cornerstones of the corporate structure our company has reached today. Following the management change, we moved our headquarters to Istanbul on February 22, 2023, turning to new opportunities. In order to develop our corporate vision, we strengthened our structure in line with our latest technology use and branding goals and became a Joint Stock Company on February 27, 2024. Today, FKC Construction Inc. continues to produce sustainable and modern projects in the construction and real estate sectors with our trust from the past, our ability to adapt to change and our innovative approach. FKC Construction Inc., as a group company of Endeks Bilisim Inc., is an organization that grows with trust-based relationships and blends field experience with contemporary construction understanding. The parent company of the group, Endeks Bilisim Inc., has been operating in the technology sector for over 20 years and successfully manages the Turkish distributorship of international technology brands. Within the scope of one of Turkey's most prestigious sectoral research, "IT 500 - Top 500 IT Companies Research", Endeks Bilisim Inc. ranked 56th in Turkey in the general ranking in 2024. In addition, it has achieved significant success in certain sub-categories, consolidating its position among the leading companies in the sector with rankings such as 1st, 2nd and 4th places. Although they operate in different sectors, both companies share a common management vision centered on quality, trust, customer satisfaction, innovation and stability. Thanks to this multi-faceted perspective, FKC Construction Inc. makes a difference in the sector not only in building production, but also with its approach that integrates technology into its projects.
